The role :

This role required full suite of marketing, brand and PR expertise to promote Tropica Island Resort direct to consumers, improve tourism industry brand visibility and align communication with on-site delivery.

A comprehensive marketing strategy, plan and budget were created and then implemented. As a result, annual revenue goals were achieved within nine months in collaboration with sales, digital and on-site management teams.

  • Consistent brand identity crafted across IG, FB, LinkedIn

  • Negotiated and appointed Fuller Brand Agency for Tropica's rebrand and website reskin - launch TBC

  • The Iconic PR collab with Dominique Alissa and Jess van der Leahy exposed Tropica to a young and new Australian and NZ audience of 350k+ via Tourism Fiji

  • Tropica featured in Tourism Fiji’s 2022 commercial Where Happiness Comes Naturally; this was leveraged across social channels

  • Media buying in AUS & NZ markets for 1m+ audience reach

  • SEO and brand identity developed with award winning Australian agency Viewpoint Digital Media
