Women Spotlight: Building Confidence

The event:

This professional development event platformed the voices of Fijian women. Eight women from varied industries shared experiences, stories and strategies they have used to develop and build professional and personal confidence. Participants listened, networked, asked questions and shared a self-reflection exercise to enhance their own confidence. Delivered via The Good Company, more than 100 people attended this experience.
